At Stryker, we don’t just sell medical devices — we empower healthcare professionals to improve lives. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll lead the charge in training and developing the next generation of elite sales professionals for our market-leading Endoscopy business.

You’ll be the go-to expert on Stryker’s cutting-edge SPY Imaging technologies, shaping the way our teams engage with surgeons, drive growth, and elevate patient outcomes.

What you will do:

  1. Benchmark education and training activities to determine best practices.
  2. Assess learning effectiveness and develop new methods to increase program impact.
  3. Demonstrate collaboration with broader Education/product marketing/sales enablement peers.
  4. Lead the project management of sales education programs.
  5. Proactively develop new education platforms by analyzing business needs, budget, and priorities.
  6. Develop and analyze metrics for sales education programs and platforms to drive accelerated learning.
  7. Manage Sales Education offering in accordance with P&L requirement.
  8. Manage network as well as develop “up and coming” thought leaders.
  9. Direct and advise business partners to execute the divisional sales education strategy and programs.
  10. Articulate communication strategy based on the impact of media channels.
  11. Define sales education communication strategy and desired outcome.

What you need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. 8+ years of professional work experience required.
  3. Previous sales experience preferred.
  4. 5+ years medical device or marketing or sales experience preferred.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  6. Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  7. Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.

$127,400 - $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
