A leading construction company is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders to enhance sales strategies and drive performance through effective training and enablement programs. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in B2B sales and a proven background in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms. Location: REMOTE, 20%-30% travel
As a Manager of Sales Enablement for the Surface Solutions business unit, you will coordinate and collaborate with sales leaders and general managers across multiple product categories (Vinyl, Metal and Stone) to define and refine core sales processes, competencies, sales tools, and sales training programs. You will partner with sales leaders to outline best in class sales behaviors to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. The Manager of Sales Enablement will play a key role for the commercial organization in developing the CRM strategy for Surface Solutions, maximizing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
