What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Hire, train, and develop a team of outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Coach team members on prospecting and campaign development through various formats
- Monitor and report on team performance against input and output metrics
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategies
- Support the VP of Sales in defining the team's operating model, targets, and headcount needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience managing SDRs at a technology company
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar function
- Proven experience in hiring SDRs and building a successful SDR team
- Demonstrated track record of team quota attainment
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Closing experience as an Account Executive
- Experience selling to Product, Design, or Go-To-Market (GTM) teams
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce and Outreach preferred)
- Background in Sales at an early or growth stage technology startup
- Technical understanding of Vercel, Next.js, or similar frameworks
