Overview

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our Omnichannel Retail team.

DISCOVER

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Omnichannel Retail business. Reporting directly to the VP/GM of Omnichannel, this role is a critical enabler of commercial success, ensuring operational readiness, data integrity, and cross-functional execution across leading eCommerce and Mass.com platforms.

This individual will work in close partnership with the Omnichannel Account Manager and Brand Manager, serving as the operational liaison across Sales, Marketing, Retailer Systems, and our external data and content partners. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, excels in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about using systems and processes to elevate commercial performance.

  • Item data and systems champion: Take ownership of item setup and lifecycle management across platforms like Vendor Central, Retail Link, Partner Home, and CommerceHub, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility across digital shelves and backend systems.
  • Data to action: Build and lead reports tailored to specific retailers, analyze performance at the SKU level, and gather insights on market share to support planning and portfolio improvements.
  • Streamline and scale operations: Lead the onboarding process for new business, manage launch readiness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and execution.
  • Cross-functional connector: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to align execution, resolve issues, and ensure operational readiness.
  • Systems power user: Guide teams in utilizing internal tools and platforms to establish efficient procedures and uphold high standards for data accuracy and workflow consistency.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or eCommerce enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience managing item setup and execution across multiple retail platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and retailer systems (Vendor Central, Retail Link, Supplier Hub).
  • Preferred experience with syndicated data/content platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Bright Insights).
  • Bonus points for experience in consumer goods, durables, or home improvement categories.

Hiring Range: $82,000.00–$130,000.00

Many factors affect actual compensation including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
