Location: Remote

The Role

The Manager, Sales & Business Analysis will lead with analytics to drive business impact through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include delivering insights to optimize sales and product performance across the NA Marketplace, collaborating with teams across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, merchandising, finance, and leadership to identify growth opportunities, and developing strategies aligned with marketplace and consumer trends. The role involves partnering with various departments to align strategies, gain insights, manage risks, and report results.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Planners to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.

Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000, determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will share specifics during hiring.
