Key Responsibilities

1. Lead development and delivery of safety and EHS compliance training, leveraging 5+ years of experience managing safety programs and personnel.
2. Manage Safety, OSHA, Environmental, and other Regulatory programs to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
3. Identify, develop, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures based on organizational needs.
4. Oversee accident investigations and collaborate with HR on Worker’s Compensation programs.
5. Lead Safety and Government Compliance Committees.
6. Ensure compliance with EPA programs, including Risk Management, Emergency Planning, and Air Emissions.
7. Maintain ongoing education to stay current on safety, training, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Training, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing safety programs and personnel.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson, WI; no remote work available.
