Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing daily operations and staffing. They monitor and evaluate nursing care, ensuring adherence to policies and quality outcomes.

In Your Role, You Will:

  • Enhance clinical identity through evidence-based practices, ensuring safety and quality
  • Reduce practice variation, improve efficiency, and promote accountability
  • Lead in delivering an exceptional patient experience with consistent, positive interactions
  • Use feedback to identify improvements in patient satisfaction and implement strategies

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school; RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact (with Texas license obtained within 90 days)
  • Minimum 3 years in an Operating Room; supervisory experience preferred
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Additional certifications: ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP
