The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in PA (or compact state), ACLS/CPR certifications, and 3–5 years in outpatient Cath Lab settings, with a preference for 5+ years and a Bachelor's degree.

Join a high-performing cardiovascular services team in a fast-paced, patient-focused Cardiac Catheterization Lab recognized for clinical excellence, Chest Pain Accreditation, and exceptional patient outcomes. You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by developing and implementing department policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and managing day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. You will foster a collaborative environment built on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence while supporting staff growth and professional development.
You will work closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include budget management, resource allocation, productivity monitoring, quality control, and ensuring the department remains aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
