EY’s Enterprise Risk – Process & Controls practice supports Technology, Media & Telecommunications firms as they scale complex revenue models and modernize finance systems. Based in the SF Bay Area, this role focuses on risk transformation within finance and revenue ecosystems, embedding controls into processes and platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders to align accounting, systems and risk frameworks, manage multi-workstream programs, and guide teams to deliver high-quality results in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in risk consulting, accounting advisory, or risk transformation.
• Experience with SOX 404 or ICFR.
• Experience with revenue accounting (ASC 606).
• Experience with ERP and revenue platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to SF Bay Area and travel 50% or more.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver workstreams within risk transformation programs, including revenue systems, process redesign, and IPO readiness.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, RevOps) to drive execution.
• Design and implement process and control frameworks across the revenue lifecycle.
• Integrate controls within ERP, billing, and revenue platforms.
• Improve revenue reconciliation and data alignment processes.
• Support risk considerations within system implementations (ERP and revenue platforms).
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including finance, RevOps, and engineering.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Staff.
• Contribute to solution development and continuous improvement.
• Manage SOX 404 compliance workstreams with documentation and audits.
