Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing program managers
  • Drive top-line prioritization of work, and manage tradeoffs on resourcing and roadmapping
  • Oversee multiple complex global programs, from initial scoping to design and execution
  • Create structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve our programs and user experience
  • Design and launch projects that lead to step-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes
  • Partner closely with Go to Market and Technical Account Management teams to support users
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future
  • Serve as a role model and mentor, embodying operating principles and fostering values and culture
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy
  • 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated ability leading people
  • Passion and experience with building from 0 → 1
  • Strong thought leadership with the ability to articulate strategy and project plans
  • Bias towards action with high comfort in ambiguity and influence without authority
  • Confidence in presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders
  • High willingness to learn and receive feedback
