  • Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders on customer success and operations teams to ensure that the analytics team is always on the leading edge of problems as they develop and well positioned to help create solutions
  • Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare industry trends and use this information to help train and educate the team of analysts and leverage this knowledge for business purposes
  • Create content that is both internal facing to partnering teams and executives, and external facing to customers
  • Develop analytics processes and solutions that maximize efficiency while maintaining a high level of integrity and quality of the work product
  • Evaluate and propose solutions to make the best use of available technology and data assets to aid in the team’s work

What you need to succeed:

  • Critical thinking skills and a curiosity and desire to identify and solve complex business problems that span a large array of topics related to our core business functions
  • Successful track record leading and managing in a remote environment (2+ years)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models
