Your Impact:

Within the Retail Education team, the Retail Education Manager is responsible for coordinating and conducting comprehensive training programs covering fragrance, makeup, and skincare, with a primary focus on the North America region, and the flexibility to support key events in Latin America. In addition to training, the Regional Trainer will provide crucial support for back-office tasks and participate in sell-out events and promotional activities.

Ideally, you would have 3-5 years' of experience and at least two years of experience in an education or training field preferred.

PROFILE

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of a second or third language is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally, up to 60-70% of the time.
• 3-5 years of experience. At least two years of experience in an education or training field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proven experience in a training/teaching role.
• Thorough understanding of the beauty and luxury industry (credentials from other beauty brands are an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be based in the Miami regional corporate office.
