Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the College's mission by leading a team of analysts in the Research and Analytics Office, completing projects related to institutional compliance, data reporting, research, and ad hoc requests.
• Promote transparency and evidence-based decision-making.
• Manage a team, including hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Collaborate with data stewards to ensure data integrity and standards.
• Set priorities, monitor progress, and review work products for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure data collection and reporting are reliable, valid, and ethical.
• Coordinate external regulatory and accreditation reports and submissions.
• Integrate data for tracking performance relative to strategic goals.
• Provide expert consultation on research methodology and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct ad hoc studies, analyze results, and make recommendations.
• Utilize data querying, predictive modeling, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Share lessons learned and best practices across divisions.
• Assist with project management, performance analysis, and strategic planning activities.
• Represent the College at external meetings and professional organizations.
• Serve on College committees and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of research and statistical methods.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in research or analytics, including team management.
• Minimum of 7 years experience managing technical projects related to data integrity and institutional research.
• Experience with relational database design and data management.
