Partner with Revenue Operations to improve renewal forecasting, CRM workflows, dashboards, automation, reporting, and operational discipline. Develop scalable renewal motions across customer segments, including high-touch, mid-touch, and digital or automated approaches where appropriate. A track record of improving workflows, standardization, automation, or systems to increase organizational efficiency and capacity. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and demonstrated ability to influence Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
