Job summary

In partnership with the physician leaders, takes leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program. Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.* Bachelor's Degree required.* Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.* Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.* Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.* Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.* Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.* BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.* Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
