Qualifications

• Experience operating at Manager level within consulting, compliance, risk or regulatory change.

• Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments.

Manager - Regulatory Due Diligence & M&A (12-Month FTC)

A leading London based regulatory consultancy is looking for an experienced Manager to join its Investments team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting regulatory due diligence and M&A activity across the investments, financial planning, wealth management, and pensions sectors. You'll work on a range of projects including due diligence reviews, regulatory workstreams, integrations, operational readiness and post-deal implementation support.

What we're looking for

• Experience operating at Manager level within consulting, compliance, risk or regulatory change
• Exposure to M&A transactions within financial services or similar due diligence exercises
• Experience supporting regulatory due diligence, integration projects or regulatory workstreams
• Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments
