The Regional Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end movement of high-tech products to data centers via road transport and managing specialized white-glove teams. This role ensures seamless delivery, installation, and support of critical infrastructure components, including server racks and associated hardware, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Education Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience 6+ years of experience in service delivery, logistics, or data center operations (required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven expertise in managing high-value shipments and white-glove services. High Strong knowledge of rack installation, cabling, and data center infrastructure. High Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and TAPA standards. High Experience with risk assessment and site survey protocols. Medium Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems. Medium
