O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead human resources and training initiatives across the DC division. This role partners with DC leadership to enhance team member engagement, recruitment, and compensation administration.
The ideal candidate will oversee HR programs, coach leaders, ensure policy compliance, and drive data-driven insights to improve operations. Significant travel and a focus on leadership development are expected.
$100,828.00 - $151,242.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for human resources and training initiatives for their respective DC Division. This role will oversee team member relations, recruiting, retention, compensation administration, leadership training and special projects. Through partnership with the Regional DC Directors, the Manager will provide regular direction and support to the DC Human Resources Business Partners in all facets of human resources and training.
