Compensation Pay Range

$103,148.00 - $154,722.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center, including physical assets, operating costs, safety, loss prevention, inventory integrity, and team members.
• Manage all distribution center expenses and provide approval and sign-off of all expenses.
• Provide service to our stores by maintaining on‑time delivery, accuracy of shipments, and good customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with company operations, policies, and procedures daily.
• Manage all salary and hourly team members.
• Provide excellent leadership, training, and guidance throughout the DC to ensure productivity and morale are maintained at a high level.
• Work with Regional DC Director to establish annual goals and the plan to follow for accomplishing those goals.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to support team members and ensure effective recruiting, hiring, and training practices.
• Conduct timely evaluations of all team members.
• Prepare annual operating, labor, and capital expenditure budgets with the Regional DC Director.
• Ensure a safe working environment and aggressively manage all risk and risk‑related costs.
• Perform other duties needed to meet DC and corporate objectives as assigned by the Regional DC Director and Senior Vice President of Distribution Operations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
• Excellent leadership and people skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Above‑average computer skills
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• 4+ years of successful management or assistant management in a distribution center

Desired Qualifications

• College degree or logistics certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
