Wesco is seeking a Manager – Quotations to lead a team responsible for proposals, bids, and quotations in response to client requests. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
The role includes directing the quotation department, developing staff, coordinating supplier pricing, and ensuring a smooth handoff to project management and sales after quotation acceptance. Travel up to 25% may be required.
As a Manager – Quotations, you will manage a team who is responsible for the development of proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. You will collaborate with members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely. You will recommend enhancements to the organization's products or services based on inquiries from prospects and provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Compensation Details: $95,717 - $119,646 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
