Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior Quality Assurance leader to develop and oversee quality programs across products and services. You will drive continuous improvement, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure processes meet stringent standards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in QA, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to deliver actionable insights and drive quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality or engineering and 6+ years in QA or similar roles.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing quality controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products/services meet established standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce defects through process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving objectives; monitor quality metrics and report findings.

Role And Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products/services meet established standards.

  • Identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve overall quality performance.
  • Create and Manage performance dashboards and vendor score cards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments to align quality objectives with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
