AAR Corp in Miami, FL seeks a Manager, Quality Control to develop and maintain a system ensuring all products meet customer requirements and AAR specifications for civil and defense programs. You will lead the QC staff on site, coordinate quality processes at new program sites, and drive the quality program to ensure conformity of purchased materials and final products, while preparing for ISO 9000 and government audits.
Travel 30%–50% is required.

Manager, Quality Control - 18730
Description SUMMARY: Develop and maintain a system to assure that all products supplied to program (civil and defense) customers meet customer requirements and AAR specifications to achieve superior quality.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
