Campbell's in Ohio (Napoleon) seeks a seasoned QA leader for a food manufacturing plant. The role focuses on maintaining and improving quality systems, ensuring FDA compliance, and leading traceability, testing, and audits. The target base salary range is $103,200–$141,900 with total rewards beginning on day one.

You will oversee supplier quality, non-conformances, mock recalls, and product launches, while directing corrective actions and continuous improvement across the plant team.

Competenze

• 5+ years of QA leadership experience in a food industry plant environment with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor degree (Bach Degree) preferred.

How you will make history here…

Maintains and monitors quality systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulatory requirements. Works directly with packaging and ingredient suppliers to prevent/manage non-conformance issues. Provides consultation and training in areas such as HACCP, SSOP, GMP and allergens. Manages the plant’s internal audit/inspection processes and corrective/preventive action program. Oversees ingredient, packaging,and finished product traceability and mock recall programs. Manages the product and environmental microbiological testing program, investigates plant non-conforming product incidents and customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis and leading corrective action efforts. Leads the commercialization process for new products. Develops strategic applications for the plant data collection system.

4. 15% - As part of the operations team, supports other initiatives including Safety, Total Productive Manufacturing, Diversity/Inclusion, Engagement , etc.
5. 5 % - Leads commercialization process for new products/product formulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$103,200-$141,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
