Job summary

Hilton in Las Vegas is seeking a Purchasing/Receiving Manager to lead procurement operations for general merchandise, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries. You will collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications.

You will manage supplier relationships, review shipments for quality, and supervise the team to foster a positive, productive work environment, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
