What You’ll Be Doing:

Manager, Provider Data Operations

What You Will Be Doing:

The Manager, Provider Data Operations will oversee data operations supporting our specialty line of business (NIA), including authorization processing, client implementations, issue resolution, process improvement, and more. This role reports to the Director of Provider Data Management.

  • Lead a team of 3-7 employees, managing their time, supporting career development, and overseeing daily operations
  • Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize daily tasks, projects, and client requests
  • Identify process improvements, analyze cost savings, and implement efficiency initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, technology, and operational processes; support new client implementations
  • Collaborate across domains for troubleshooting, process improvement, and implementation
  • Manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, and develop training/onboarding materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ensure contractual and operational service level agreements are met
  • Perform moderate to complex data reconciliation

Qualifications - Required and Preferred:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of healthcare experience related to credentialing, provider enrollment, data management, or provider services, preferably in a leadership role
  • Understanding of US healthcare, Managed Care Organizations, and Medicaid

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Preferred but not required: Experience in developing training content, cross-domain collaboration, and process improvement methodologies

Technical Requirements:

All employees must have high-speed internet (>10 Mbps) at home and, for call center roles, the ability to connect directly to the home router. These requirements may change with office reopenings.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance. Compensation is based on skills and experience, and may vary above or below the stated range.
