Manager, Project Management & Integration (On-Site)

$90-$115K commensurate with experience

In our time of growth, we are currently looking to add a Manager, Project Management & Integration to our Denver HQ team. This is an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters. We are not considering relocation for out of state candidates or candidates who are not in metro Denver.

Position Overview

Reporting to the VP of Integration & Strategy, this role combines project management expertise with hands-on support for M&A integration activities and strategic projects across the Frontline Road Safety Group divisions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support and drive planning, execution, and reporting across multiple integration workstreams. They will serve as a central coordination point between functional leads, regional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with Frontline’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the regional leaders and functional owners to develop and execute integration plans
• Manage plans leveraging tools like Smartsheet
• Support pre-close planning sessions, Day 1 readiness activities, and post-close stabilization efforts
• Track synergy realization, milestone completion, and issue resolution across workstreams
• Assist in onboarding target company personnel and aligning systems, processes, and reporting structures
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through close, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
• Develop charters, project plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies in line with PMO standards
• Support communications planning and change management initiatives
• Travel 10-15% to Frontline locations and to potential new acquisitions
• Additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management, M&A integration, or corporate development
• Previous Big 4 or consulting experience a major plus
• Strong proficiency in project tools (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both individually and cross-functionally
• Skilled in prioritizing a large number of initiatives and pivoting as demands change in real time
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Curiosity and passion for building a winning business
• Self-motivated and high energy; thrives in a high-demand, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute; strong drive for results
• Ability to identify opportunities through business judgment and pattern recognition
