Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Field-Based Manager of Project Management in Louisiana to oversee major construction programs from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality. You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive risk management, safety, and compliance in field environments.

Reporting to senior management, you will develop plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and present reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams including subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop project plans: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Control budgets and track expenditures throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee procurement.
