Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee program planning, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing groups. The role includes coordinating progress, flagging risks, and driving action-oriented reviews to keep programs on track.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in core project management and an MBA or pharmaceutical technology background, with hands-on experience using MS Project, Power BI, and Planisware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in core Project management.
• Masters in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Technology.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Plan project timelines and resource allocation, coordinating across internal teams.
• Lead project review meetings, circulate MOM, and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate to re-evaluate program plans based on delays or strategy changes.

Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.

Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.

Conducting/ participating in Project review meetings, circulating MOM and following up on the action plans, ensuring their prompt closure.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to re-evaluate program plan based on change in strategy, delays and in line with business priorities

• Identification of potential risks and critical path activities that can affect the program, and flag them to appropriate stakeholders for mitigation
• Support preparation of project trackers and reports for senior management discussions.

Proficiency with Project tracking tools like MS Project, Power BI and Planisware.
