NYSEG invites an experienced Manager - Programs/Projects to join our communications team, leading digital customer communications across alerts, push notifications, email, and web channels.   • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, business, or related field with 7 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using digital analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
