Job summary

Nimble Talent is seeking a seasoned programmatic professional to drive digital campaigns and client relationships in a fully remote environment.

You will optimize, report, and consult on campaigns, partnering with analytics and media teams to deliver measurable results for clients across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programmatic experience.
• Previous experience with Basis is a plus.
• Resourceful, curious, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Client-facing experience with ability to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Leadership/management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate digital strategies and rationales for campaign tactics.
• Execute, manage, and optimize online biddable media campaigns for clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.
• Formulate proposals for new client opportunities.
• Partner with Analytics to measure campaigns and generate insights.
• Provide regular performance insights and optimization opportunities to clients.
• Collaborate with media partners on platform implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns.

• Execute, manage, and optimize online biddable media campaigns and programs for agency clients
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service
• Formulate proposals for new client opportunities
• Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
• Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
• Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
• Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ Years of Programmatic experience
• Previously experience working with Basis a plus
• Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
• Previous leadership/management experience is a plus
• Strong project management skills
