This leadership role is located on-site in Melbourne, FL. This position must be onsite every day and have an active secret clearance.Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling AnalystsPerform mid-year and year-end performance reviewsDevelop direct team knowledge and depthPrepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.Provides weekly status and reportingConducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) auditsImplements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:DCMA 14-pointIPMR DI-MGMT-81861NDIA EIA-748 32 GuidelinesEarned Value Management System (EVMS)Critical Path Methodology (CPM)Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and AnalysisPerforming detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problemsCreating presentation content and present to various levels of leadershipWorking effectively with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project ManagerBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience; OR Master’s degree with 5 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience OR Associate's Degree with 9 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experienceKnowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule RiskExperience and knowledge in Earned Value Planning and Schedule ManagementExperience with the Assessment (SRA) approach and executionYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated US government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Project Server environmentExperience in Earned Value Cost ManagementPrior leadership experienceWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly inclusive environment! Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
