We are seeking a Program Manager (LSW, LPC, LCDCIII, LISW, LPCC or LICDC) to lead the day-to-day operations of our women's residential substance use treatment program. This role requires a skilled leader with a strong background in clinical programming, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. The Program Manager will play a vital role in ensuring service excellence, promoting best practices in treatment delivery, and cultivating a culture of empowerment and recovery.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for the residential treatment program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, licensing requirements, and clinical best practices.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, case managers, residential, and support staff.
  • Foster a trauma-informed and culturally responsive treatment environment.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coverage to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams on budgeting, hiring, and staff development.
  • Work with clinical leadership to develop and enhance programming that reflects current best practices in substance use treatment, with a focus on gender-specific and trauma-informed care.
  • Assist in implementing evidence-based curricula (e.g., CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing).
  • Serve as a liaison with referring agencies, family members, funders, and community partners.
  • Maintain a client-centered approach in all program planning and decision-making.

Note: The position requires rotating on-call hours and variable scheduling.

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed in the State of Ohio – LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Service Field, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with LPC or LSW Licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience with 5 years in the behavioral health field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of DSM and ASAM criteria.
  • Experience in diagnostic assessments, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and trauma-informed care.
  • Supports harm reduction philosophy and medication-assisted treatments as best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems.
