Job summary

For our client, a Manager, Program Cost Controls Scheduler (Remote) will oversee Integrated Master Schedule development and cost control for complex aerospace and defense initiatives. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to keep schedules aligned with contractual requirements and execution realities.

The role includes schedule reviews, risk analysis, and change incorporation to drive visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Scheduling experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that comply with requirements.
• Assist with planning and cost estimation activities.
• Prepare internal and external program schedule review packages.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls Scheduler (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee program scheduling and cost control support for complex aerospace and defense initiatives, with a strong focus on integrated master schedule development and maintenance. The manager will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to keep schedules aligned with contractual requirements, internal planning needs, and execution realities. The position will also support schedule reviews, risk analysis, and change incorporation to help drive program visibility and performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
