The role blends Critical Path Methodology, EVM concepts, and strong stakeholder communication to improve delivery in a high accountability environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain schedule integrity and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost/Schedule Integration.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams or projects.
• Strong presentation skills for leadership and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the integrated team to drive successful program execution and performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including assessment of impacts from proposed work.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development.
• Evaluate planning products and practices and address identified gaps.
• Provide time-phased critical path analysis and actionable planning data.
• Ensure tracking and monitoring of all commitments.
• Integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baselines.

For our client, we are seeking a Integrated Program Planner Stf - E4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will support integrated program execution by building disciplined plans, schedules, and analyses that help leadership understand progress, risk, and performance across complex initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain schedule integrity, evaluate proposed changes, and provide actionable insight that keeps commitments aligned with cost and technical baselines.

The position is well suited for a planning professional who can combine Critical Path Methodology, EVM concepts, and strong stakeholder communication to improve delivery outcomes in a high-accountability environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,400 – $206,800 annually
