Purpose:
The Manager of Professional Education (MPE) is an EdTech consultant-type role, responsible for working closely with their regional commercial business leaders (AVP, Distributors, Marketing, etc.) and field partners (Sales Representatives, VELYS sales team, VELYS clinical team, etc.) to identify customer (HCP) education needs and design / propose / organize/ and execute training experiences that meet the identified needs. The MPE role assures that we compliantly deliver the right type of education to the right customer. The end goal is to train HCPs on the safe and efficacious use of our products while reducing time to mastery and facilitating adoption. This MPE role posting is aligned to the Joint Reconstruction and VELYS platform in the geographical area of the US Northeast (VA, DC, MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
