Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
The Manager serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience in shaping and managing operations of a newly formed media company.
The Production & Distribution Finance team supports the President of Operations & Technology by providing operational finance support, supporting strategic decisions on setup and ongoing financial support for day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
