Ross Stores is seeking a Production Manager in Los Angeles to lead the planning and execution of creative production initiatives across photoshoots and content campaigns. This role ensures alignment with creative vision and brand standards while managing large-scale productions and team leadership.
With responsibilities spanning from concept feasibility to post‑production, the Production Manager drives efficiency and quality with an eye on budget ownership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production leadership and a collaborative spirit.
The Production Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of creative production initiatives across photoshoots and multi-channel content campaigns. This role oversees the full production lifecycle from concept feasibility and pre‑production planning through on‑set execution and post‑production wrap, ensuring alignment with creative vision, brand standards, and business objectives. Serving as a key operational partner to Creative and Marketing leadership, the Production Manager drives efficiency, scalability, and quality across all productions. This role is accountable for overseeing large scale productions, budget ownership, team leadership, and process optimization, ensuring that all productions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of execution.
The base salary range for this role is $113,200 - $172,600. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in‑person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 40%. This role requires regular in‑office presence, including to engage in in‑person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in‑office and remote work. #LIHYBRID
