We are looking for a hands-on Manager, Product Owner to lead our Product Owners who are the inputs into our Scrum delivery engine. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and partnering daily with the product and technology leadership teams, you will oversee the team turning the portfolio vision into a clear backlog and build the coaching framework that levels up execution across teams. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for Product Owners; design and roll out a coaching program that raises backlog hygiene, estimation accuracy, and velocity.
• Oversee the product owners to ensure consistency and quality in their translation of the product vision and roadmap initiatives into sprint-ready backlogs.
• Champion for high-quality requirements output from Product Owners
• Ensure the product owners are aligning sprint goals, capacity, and dependencies so that every release ships as planned.
• Accountable for the day-to-day prioritization of the product owners
• Track progress in Azure DevOps and Aha to surface risks, blockers, and release status to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining lightweight process metrics and facilitating retrospectives that turn findings into actionable changes.
• Champion Meevo’s execution-first culture by ensuring commitments are met, defects are triaged promptly, and stakeholder expectations stay realistic.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 7 or more years as a Product Owner (or comparable product delivery role) plus at least 3 years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven success coordinating multiple backlogs and delivering on a fixed release cadence in a SaaS environment.
• Expert user of Azure DevOps for sprint execution and Aha for roadmap management.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; able to balance stakeholder demands with team capacity under tight timelines.
• Availability for working hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
• Willingness to travel to our Parsippany, NJ office up to two times per year
• Nice to have: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or comparable agile certification.
• Nice to have: Experience introducing coaching frameworks or formalizing career paths for Product Owners.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $112,500 to $140,000. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include commission, performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
