The role builds and leads a high-performing Product Management team, guiding discovery, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across multiple product areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities.
• Guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management for products.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and leaders to translate needs into a cohesive portfolio strategy.
• Manage backlog definitions, prioritization, and requirements quality across the portfolio.
• Engage customers and users to gather feedback and inform product decisions; drive change management and adoption.
