We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.

In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:

  • Human Centered – Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identify and elevate any need for additional research to define future feature design; break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team toward the lowest effort or MVP for a valid feature test.
  • Business Focused – Demonstrate a growth mindset; use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure your product or feature delivers real business value; own and prioritize feature development roadmaps and manage risk processes.
  • Technology Driven – Work autonomously in an agile environment, conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology; collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions; deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy.
  • Transformational Leadership – Participate in horizontal forums; build a network of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, stakeholders and partner teams; articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders.

We want you if you are:

  • Intellectually Curious – You ask why, explore, and are comfortable with ambiguity; you seek new challenges
  • Communicator & Influencer – You can present complex ideas clearly to any audience and rally others to work with you
  • Do-er – You’re action-oriented, able to navigate roadblocks, stay organized, multitask, and prioritize
  • Passionate & Customer Focus – You care about growing others, shipping products, and understanding customer needs
  • Learner – You pursue new things and technologies with humility
  • Team Player – You work well with diverse people and prioritize team outcomes
