Job summary

Capital One's CreditWise team seeks a Manager, Product Management to own the product strategy for the Home experience, translate goals into a practical roadmap, and partner with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver insights and tools tailored to customers' financial journeys.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance business impact with risk/compliance considerations, and help scale real-time intelligence for 70M+ customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field and 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).

Manager, Product Management - CreditWise

In this role you will ensure that our Home experience is intuitive and connects consumers to insights and tools that are individualized to their financial journey in order to manage today, prepare for tomorrow, and feel protected along the way.

As you develop intent and build/deliver your roadmap you will work closely with: Business/data analysts, engineers, and business development partners; Design, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners; Internal and external partners to shape our Home experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor\'s or Master\’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor\’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
