Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Manager, Product Manager to support product strategy, lifecycle management, new product development, and commercial execution for Duro Dyne. The role partners with a Senior Product Leader and cross-functional teams to manage categories, drive portfolio performance, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong product management fundamentals, a commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Product Leader in managing assigned product categories and lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with product roadmaps, assortment planning, pricing analysis, positioning, and portfolio optimization.
  • Monitor product performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead NPD/NPI initiatives within your assigned product categories.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations to support new product development and product improvement initiatives.
  • Help define product requirements, business cases, technical documentation needs, launch readiness, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support issue resolution by gathering data, coordinating inputs, and tracking follow-through across functions.
  • Maintain product performance reporting, dashboards, and category-level analyses.
  • Use data and customer insights to support recommendations related to pricing, inventory, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track key product metrics and prepare clear updates for the Senior Product Leader and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Quality, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to support product quality, documentation, and regulatory alignment.
  • Help identify recurring product issues, customer pain points, and opportunities for corrective action or continuous improvement.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives by translating feedback into product and process improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive and support product launches, sales enablement, customer communications, and go-to-market execution.
  • Provide product information, competitive insights, and technical support to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, launch deliverables, and customer needs.
  • Manage assigned product-related projects, timelines, action items, and follow-ups with guidance from the Senior Product Leader.
  • Contribute to improved product management processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
  • Prepare concise updates, recommendations, and materials for internal business reviews.

What Drives Success

We are seeking a Manager, Product Manager to support product strategy, lifecycle management, new product development, and commercial execution for Duro Dyne. This role will partner closely with the Senior Product Leader, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service to help manage product categories, improve portfolio performance, and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role will have a team of direct reports and reports into the Senior Product Leader.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management fundamentals, a commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to execute through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Category Management
  • Support the Senior Product Leader in managing assigned product categories and lifecycle activities
  • Assist with product roadmaps, assortment planning, pricing analysis, positioning, and portfolio optimization
  • Monitor product performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify improvement opportunities
New Product Development & Technical Support
  • Lead NPD/NPI initiatives within your assigned product categories

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.

Requires full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer value proposition. Must be able to creatively apply extensive marketing knowledge including branding, product life‑cycle, competitive positioning and communications. Requires strong cross‑functional leadership abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Must have strong people management skills.

Compensation

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $116,800 - $153,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
