Job summary

HD Supply seeks a senior Product Manager to lead a team of product and user experience professionals and drive customer-centric product initiatives using agile development practices. You will oversee the execution of product roadmaps and align initiatives with business goals and user needs.

You will manage end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery while incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including experience in product development and systems deployments.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and methodologies.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education And Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
