Overview

Responsibilities and expectations for the Manager, Product Growth role include ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science, establishing a shared vision for growth product optimizations, defining and analyzing metrics, clear communication across stakeholders, and staying informed about ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth.
  2. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science.
  3. Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.
  4. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  5. Communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention-to-detail.
  6. Understand ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends.
  7. Identify new levers to help move key metrics.
  8. Influence product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
  9. Understand the competitive landscape of products and Meta's relative position to inform the product growth strategy and design.
  10. Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to take known product optimizations and implement them in other places.
  11. Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field and 4 years of work experience in job offered or in a quantitative-related occupation
  • Requires 3 years of experience in the following:
  • Analytics, marketing, or advertising
  • SQL, Python, or R
  • Quantitative analysis
  • Data mining, and presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with consumer and business products
  • Identifying growth opportunities and executing on projects to drive growth and engagement
  • Internet Marketing

Public Compensation: $245,757/year to $257,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
