Position Summary

The Manager, Product Development leads the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive product strategies, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and maintain quality standards. The position involves overseeing sourcing activities, conducting market research, and providing insights to senior leadership to enhance product offerings. By fostering strong partnerships and streamlining processes, the manager ensures timely delivery and continuous improvement while supporting team development and upholding company values and ethical standards.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
