Job summary

Magna International in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a Manager Procurement Reporting & Controlling to ensure financial transparency and drive savings across global procurement. You will partner with Group Procurement and Finance to establish KPI frameworks and standardized reporting, turning procurement activities into measurable bottom-line impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of purchasing, plant controlling, and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and procurement strategies.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Own global procurement savings tracking and reporting with standard KPI frameworks.
• Act as project controller for corporate and cross-group procurement initiatives.
• Provide transparency from plan vs. actual, link savings to budget and P&L.
• Develop procurement savings tools and analytics.

With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.Job Responsibilities:About the Role:The Manager Procurement Reporting & Controlling ensures financial transparency, credibility, and performance steering of global procurement activities across all product groups and divisions.Operating from a corporate governance role in a highly decentralized organization, the position enables fact‑based decision‑making by establishing standardized savings tracking, KPI frameworks, and reporting, while partnering closely with Group Procurement and Finance.The role is critical to turn procurement activities into measurable bottom‑line impact, strengthen accountability, and support cross‑group collaboration through trusted data and common standards.Your Responsibilities:Savings, Performance & Transformation ControllingOwn global procurement savings tracking, including methodology, validation, reporting, and continuous improvement.Act as Project Controller for corporate and cross‑group procurement and transformation initiatives.Provide clear plan vs. actual transparency, bridge savings to budget and P&L, and flag risks early and ensure financial credibility.Reporting, Analytics & KPI SteeringDeliver monthly procurement performance reporting for executive and cross‑group steering.Design and maintain a standardized global procurement KPI framework (e.g., savings, sourcing pipeline, spend coverage, compliance) and act as single source of truth for procurement performance data and dashboards.Drive development of the Procurement Savings Tracking Tool and procurement analytics.Cost Center, Budget & Commitment ControllingControl Corporate Procurement cost centers, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
