The Private Equity Fund Services (PEFS) Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of private equity client deliverables, including quarterly financial reporting, capital call and distribution calculations, notices, carried interest calculations, management fees, and other complex fee calculations. The role involves reviewing fund liquidity, treasury requests, and ad-hoc investor relations requests. The PEFS Manager manages client relationships, serving as an escalation point for internal teams and clients, requiring interaction with clients, team members, and management. Mastery of private equity fund accounting, overseeing financial reporting, and managing teams are essential. The role also involves providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
The compensation range for this role is $124,910 to $270,620, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
