KeHE Distributors is seeking a Manager of Pricing Strategy in Naperville, IL to partner with Sales and optimize customer profitability, driving EBITDA and sales through pricing strategy, contract compliance, and deal design. This role requires data structuring, insights, and cross-functional communication to deliver actionable results.
The ideal candidate will have a finance or analytics background, 5+ years in revenue management or financial analysis, and experience with SQL/Power BI.

The Manager of Pricing Strategy will partner with Sales to optimize customer profitability. This role will drive EBITDA and sales by owning the strategy and reporting to measure and improve customer compliance with contract terms, as well as build deal strategies with optimal pricing structures. This individual will be able to structure data, identify insights, and effectively communicate across functions to create results.
