Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Manager, Pricing – Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.

We are developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments, including the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical pricing models
  • Conduct pricing analysis, including competitive benchmarking and scenario modeling
  • Build and maintain pricing dashboards and KPIs to monitor pricing performance and revenue impact
  • Support the development of value-based pricing and reimbursement frameworks
  • Partner with Sales, Strategic Accounts and Market Access to support pricing proposals and payer submissions
  • Provide analytical support for contract pricing, customer segmentation, and pricing optimization initiatives
  • Ensure pricing activities are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and Excel-based tools
  • Experience with pricing systems, CRM tools, or contract management software
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • This is a hybrid/remote role, depending on location and business needs
  • Travel up to 20% may be required for business meetings, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to value-based pricing or market access strategy
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and payer dynamics
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular or specialty therapeutic areas

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

US: $100,000 - $172,500 / Bay Area: $114,000 - $197,800
