BCLP is seeking a Manager, Pricing to join our team in Washington, DC. You will work closely with partners, business development, and finance to shape pricing strategies that support client relationships and profitability.
This role covers advising on client fee arrangements, collaborating on RFP responses, and using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and value. You will develop pricing insights and engage in value-based pricing discussions.

Pursuant to the Illinois, New York, and Washington, D.C. pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for this position. At the time of posting, the estimated Illinois range is $134,500 to $160,000, New York range is $149,100 to $180,000 and Washington D.C. range is $142,900 to $170,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skillsets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-timework schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
